I am asking teams that are paying electronically to please pay the entry on Friday prior to 8pm

Teams can pay cash at the field; we are just asking that you pay prior to starting your games
Teams receive 3 new game balls with their entry fee
Most USSSA Classic M, Classic Plus, or Pro M can be used, hit your own ball

No Stadiums, Thunder ZN's, GSL Vietnam balls, or balls without USSSA stamp

There will be balls available to purchase, let me know if you think you may need some.

The Men's E State Tournament is double Elim, 3GG bracket. The first round of the loser bracket, there are two teams where the loser of the game stays in the event. A team could possibly lose their 3rd game and not be eliminated, this is so all teams can be guaranteed three games. Just please read the bracket.

GSL playing rules
Arc is 5 to 10 from ground
DHH plus 1 HR then inning ending out
Runner is anyone on roster, 1 per inning
No extra pitcher runner
Double entry permitted (not double re-entry. Starting the game is one entry.)

Time limit. All games / umpire announces 65 minutes, you finish the inning you are in and play one more. We are simply trying to finish at a reasonable time.

Bats. You must have 240 stamped bats to play in this event. We will be doing bat testing as we are able. Any bat can be tested at any time.

Roster. Online roster only. No guest players or pickups. I will lock the roster Friday night. Please ask everyone to do the waiver (out of Pending).

Prize. Winning team $400 and runner up $100. I will handle payouts the day following the event.

Please respect the facility and throw your trash away.

We are providing balls with your entry fee for the entire Women's event

Time limit. Pool games / umpire announces 60 minutes, you finish the inning you are in and play one more. We are simply trying to finish at a reasonable time. Elimination is untimed. You can tie in pool play.
